Alpha Demo Exe Installer Option Available

There is an inherent issue for those who extract the zip file using the Windows extractor and not WinRAR, as there seems to be an extraction issue where it overwrites files in completely empty folders and negates the game from being played at all. Even editing the files themselves didn't fix the issue (and even created far more of an issue), so to avoid any of these headaches for those who don't have WinRAR, I've created an actual Exe Installer for the Alpha Demo (complete with nifty desktop icon!). This process will bypass the Windows extractor entirely, and after testing out the deployed version thoroughly, there should no longer be an issue. 

Want to say a big thank you to Nerd Mansion for bringing this issue to my attention and being so patient as I tried to figure out what was going on and why. I did do a search as to why Windows seems to do that (copying files into an empty folder and it overwrites files during the transfer), and there's no apparent answer I could find on various tech forums for Windows 10. In any case, this installer should fix any potential issue. 

Just to clarify, there is no difference in content between the zip download or the installer, just different options for you to download.

**Some antivirus programs don't like it when you download exe files from the internet and may flag it while downloading. Be assured that the installer is clean and you may want to disable your antivirus just while downloading the installer.**
